If you are in receipt Income Support, Jobseekers Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance or Pension Credit Guarantee
Documents you must bring:
- Letter from the DWP confirming that Income Support, JSA or ESA has been awarded
- letter should not be older than 3 months
- it should include all pages (not only the first page) and include information whether your benefit is contribution or income based
Note: If the matter is urgent and you do not have the correct letter in hand the caseworker will be able to telephone DWP during your consultation to confirm your benefit award.
- Bank statements for your all accounts (saving, current, post office, joined, credit card, etc) covering last 3 months
Note: If you have a partner with whom you live, you will need to bring bank statements for that person as well.
